Tony specializes in residential mortgages up to a loan amount of $3 million, including loans for single-family homes, two-to-four unit buildings, condos and townhouses. Jackie Shay began her career in the mortgage industry in 2014, when she started working with her husband, Anthony Ranft, by assisting with the processing of individual loan files. Jackie takes pride in providing her clients the best customer experience possible. If there are any questions, comments or concerns that her clients might have at any time of day, she will address them immediately. Her business consists of a wide range of clients and products, including purchase transactions, new construction, first in condominiums, VA, FHA and first-time home buyers. One of Jackie’s long-term goals is to implement measures to keep improving the mortgage experience for all her clients, referral sources and other teams she works with often.

Having grown up in a small town in Massachusetts, Jackie decided she wanted to experience the city life and moved to San Francisco, where she took art classes. This experience took her to the School of the Art Institute in Chicago, Illinois, where she studied printmaking.

Jackie currently lives in Albany Park in Chicago. She has taught with Around the Coyote, After School Matters and ran an afterschool art club with kids from Cabrini Green through Chicago Cares. For fun, Jackie takes local woodshop classes, enjoys cooking and experimenting with food.
